| Ostettuani kesätorilta nämä kirkkaan keltaiset buutsit useita vuosia sitten, aloin haalimaan muutakin virkistävää keltaista. Tämän kesän alussa löysin tämän outlet-hameen 3 eurolla ja lankakaupan alesta kolme kerää Scheepjes Catona-puuvillalankaa. Kokeilin tehdä niistä ensin virkattua toppia, sitten löysempää verkkopaitaa, mutta kun totesin että keräni riittävät vain lyhyeen kesätoppiin, tein version Alice Camisole -ohjeella, jonka on suunnitellut Johanna Gehrisch. Olen tehnyt samalla Novita-lehdestä löytyneellä ohjeella jämälankatopin aiemminkin. Siitä tuli sporttisempi raitatoppi, mutta tämä sai alkuperäisen ohjeen inspiroimana kukkakirjailuja etumukseensa. This time I started two other attempts with the three skeins of bright yellow Scheepjes Catona yarn that I had gotten from yarn store sale. But the colour and amount suited best to Alice. I used around 2.7 skeins of yarn, including the yarn needed for the flower embroidery done on the front of the top. Knitting needle sizes were 3.75 mm and 4 mm. |
