| Tämä baskeri on neulottu Mary Jane Mucklestonen Fair Isle Weekend -kirjaa ja Buness-baskeria mukaillen. Tein hatusta ohjetta pienemmän mutta suositusta isommilla puikoilla ja lisäksi jätin joitain kuvioita pois, jotta tästä tulisi yksinkertaisempi. Vaalean sinivihreä lanka on Red Heart Mohair Mixiä ja tummemman vihreä on Sandnes Garnin Kitten Mohairia. Puikot 2.75 mm ja 3.5 mm. This beret is knitted with the Buness pattern that is published in the Fair Isle Weekend book by Mary Jane Mucklestone. I used bigger needles size than recommended, 2.75 mm and 3.5 mm, and thicker yarns, so I changed the number of stitches for the crown. The teal yarn is Red Heart Mohair Mix and green yarn is Kitten Mohair by Sandnes Garn. And I left out some of the colourwork and the essential quality of traditional Fair Isle knitting, which is changing colours in the colourwork. |
