| Neuloin ja virkkasin tämän kaulakorun yhdistämällä kaksi ohjetta: mansikat on RosiePosieKnitCo -nimimerkin Little Strawberry -ohjeesta ja kirsikat Sari Nordlundin Satokausi -ohjeesta. Lisäksi improvisoin neuleketjun ja virkatut mansikanlehdet. Mansikat on täytetty huovutusvillalla ja lisäksi puuvilla on tykky lanka, joten koru on jossain määrin painava. Käytin ketjuun 3.5 mm puikkoja ja mansikoihin 3.5 mm puikkoja. Virkkaus sujui 3.5 mm koukulla. Vihreät langat on Novita Hankoa ja Drops Parisia. Pinkki on Novita Cotton Recycled -lankaa ja punainen on Drops Muskatia. I made this necklace in knit and crochet by combining couple of patterns with my own ideas. The strawberries are knitted with the Little Strawerry pattern that is by RosiePosieKnitCo. The cherries are crocheted with Satokausi pattern by Sari Nordlund, that seems to be available only in Finnish at the moment. I improvised an i-cord base and added strawberry leaves on top to balance the necklace, but the whole concoction turned out to be bit heavy due to the dense cotton material, and size of the strawberries that are filled with wool to hold their shape. I used green yarns Novita Hanko and Drops Paris. The pink yarn is Novita Cotton Recycled and the red yarn is Drops Muskat. Needles 3.5 mm and 2.5 mm and hook 3.5 mm. |
