| Tämä huivi on neulottu Gabrielle Vézinan Harvest Moon Shawl -ohjeella kirjasta Lovely Lace Knits. Käytin jämälankoja, jotka ovat niin tässä yllä olevasta neuletakista kuin toisesta neulepaidastakin, joten neuloin vaan niin pitkälle kuin langat riittivät ja huivista tuli tällainen pienehkö kolmio. Langat ovat violettia Hobbii Metallicoa ja Gedifra Anejaa sekä moniväristä mohair-sekoitelanka Novita Jadea, jota löysin eräältä kirpputorilta. Puikkokokona 4 mm huiviosioon ja 5 mm piparkakkureunan putkineulokseen. Lisäksi kaikki neulepallerot on virkattu 3.5 mm virkkuukoukulla. I had left-over yarns from this cardigan and another project, so I decided to knit Harvest Moon Shawl by Gabrielle Vézina with them. The pattern is published in the the book Lovely Lace Knits. I ran out of the yarns earlier than expected, so this shawl is smaller than planned. Yarns are shiny lilacs Hobbii Metallico and Gedifra Aneja. And the background yarn is multicolour mohair-blend Novita Jade, that I got from a thrift store. Knitting needles were 4 mm for the main scarf and 5 mm for the i-cord edge. And I used 3.5 mm crochet hook for the bobbles. |
