| Virkkasin huivin norjalaissuunnittelijoiden Arnen & Carloksen ohjeella Tonje Crochet Butterfly Throw. Virkkasin ensin kasan perhosia langanloppuja hyödyntäen ja asettelin ne suorakaiteeksi, johon laitoin napit reunaan, jotta kappaletta voi pitää auki huivina tai napitettuna kiinni poncho-viitta tyyliin. Käytin jämälankoja pääasiassa, mutta vihreää Dropsin Alpaca -lankaa oli korkattava kaksi kerää, jotta tämän sai valmiiksi. Maalatut puunapit tilattu Etsystä muutamalla eurolla. Virkkuukoukku 3.5 mm ja huivin paino ilman nappeja noin 230 grammaa. I found a cute pattern Tonje Crochet Butterfly Throw by Norwegian designers Arne & Carlos. The pattern is for a throw blanket, but I saw it having potential as a scrap yarn project. So I used most of my Dropas Alpaca scrap yarn stash with two fresh balls of yarn in green colour. I formed a rectangle that can be worn open as a shawl or buttoned close as a cowl or a poncho. The buttons are for few euros from Etsy. I used about 230 grams of alpaca yarn and 3.5 mm crochet hook. |
